Our Aberdeen
Angus beef is consistently supplied to the very top end
of the market.
Our herd is one of only a few in Scotland that relies entirely
on home born and bred cows to produce an exact quality of
stock and with traceability absolutely guaranteed.
In the spring, the newborn stock are reared naturally on
their mothers. They are then fed home grown grain and silage
in the winter and graze grass in the summer. They are allowed
to mature slowly in a stress free environment with excellent
husbandry that far exceeds the standards demanded by Farm
Assurance and Marks & Spencer.
Our traditional non-intensive methods and attention to detail
at every stage, have resulted in beef with a high degree
of fat marbling. This enhances the taste and tenderness,
by releasing flavour throughout the meat during the cooking
process.
